Check-in is possible at any time as our reception is open 24 hours a day. Your room will be available from 14:00. If you arrive earlier, you will still be able to use all the hotel's common services. If you have full board, regardless of what time you check in, you can have lunch. 

On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10 a.m.. but if you wish to stay with us the whole day and eat in our restaurant, you can leave your bags at the hotel. Late check-out, on the other hand, has an extra cost and depends on the hotel's availability.
We accept cash within the legal limits, cash cards, VISA, American Express, MASTERCARD - POSTEPAY.

For payments by cheque or bank transfer, the balance is due on arrivalThey cannot be accepted on departure.

For longer stays, we ask you to split the account weekly.

Who wishes to receive an invoice please state this when making your reservation or upon arrival at the hotel.

The hotel is located right in the centre, just a stone's throw from Viale Ceccarini, and only 300 metres from the sea and the railway station.

You can easily arrive in front of the hotel and park your car to unload your luggage. For your car then we have 3 paid parking options.

- Parking space in a covered car park 300 m from the hotel near the station (no LPG cars) €10.00 per day
- Parking space in a covered, unattended garage in front of the hotel (no LPG cars) at €15.00 per day 
- Municipal pass allowing you to park on the blue lines along the boulevard at €10.00 per day

The station is only 300 metres from the hotel, exactly 5 minutes' walk down Viale Martinelli.

Prices for full or half board include only water with meals.

The All Inclusive Package includes drinks with meals (water, soft drinks and house wine), sun loungers and parasol at our partner beach, bathing establishment 70, from the third row upwards, use of beach towels, which will be given to you on the day of arrival and must be returned the evening before departure. Towels are replaced free of charge every 3 days.

Our partner beach is number 70: you will find our beach cabins free of charge for hotel guests. Sunbeds and tents (or parasols) are charged for.

If you want to do some hiking, we can prepare a packet-lunch with sandwiches, fruit and drink. Meals not taken will not be deducted from the stay.

In all rooms, with the exception of the Retro rooms, you will find a mini bar with bottles of water available on arrival INCLUDED IN THE OFFER.

The hotel has a few walking bikes that are available to all guests free of charge, some with child seats for small children. A deposit of € 5.00 per bicycle will be requested at reception, and use is permitted for one hour, to give all guests the opportunity to use this service.

If you wish to hire road or mountain bikes  you can request information at reception

We have agreements with all the parks on the Romagna Riviera: Oltremare, Aquafan, Fiabilandia, Mirabilandia, Italia in Miniatura and the Cattolica Aquarium. You will have the convenience of not standing in line at the cash desks and of course saving on the price of admission to the park.

We have cots with side rails, baby bath tubs, changing tables, bottle warmers, night lights. In the dining room Prima Pappa high chair or chair risers. Also, pushchairs and bicycles with child seats.

Yes, it is possible to request a babysitting service every day. We use the services of a company (the service is chargeable)

Breakfast is from 7.30 am to 10 am.Lunch is at 13.00 (entrance time).Dinner is at 19.30 (entrance time).(Times are subject to change throughout the year)

Of course, you can stop as often as you like to eat in our restaurant and enjoy our traditional Romagna dishes. The meal will be charged as an extra on your room.

We are not a certified coeliac hotel, as the dishes are cooked in the kitchen itself, but knowing the necessary procedures for preparing meals we can cater for those who are intolerant to gluten, lactose and other allergens. We always recommend that you let us know when you make your reservation so that when you arrive, we, together with the kitchen and dining room staff, will be able to help you with the choice of dishes.

Yes with a daily surcharge of €8.00. We accept small to medium-sized animals, as long as they are quiet. They are not allowed in the restaurant room. Also, please do not leave them alone in the room for a long time so as not to disturb the rest of the other guests.

A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount on stays of more than 3 nights, 50% for stays of 2 nights and 100% for 1 night is required to confirm the reservation. You can pay the deposit by bank transfer or credit card.

If a room is cancelled 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus the transaction fee of € 10.00 or you can use this deposit within the calendar year.
If the cancellation deadline is exceeded, the deposit will be retained in full as a penalty.

Any cancellation or change of reservation must be communicated in writing by e-mail referring to the booking confirmation.

The bill can be settled on arrival, on departure or whenever you like during your stay.It is advisable to settle the evening before departure, to avoid possible queues at reception when checking out.

We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Bancomat. Cheques and bank transfers are only accepted upon check-in.

In the event of early departure, the room will be charged for the three days following departure at the current bed and breakfast rate. We therefore recommend that guests take out cancellation insurance.

At the moment no, there are digital terrestrial channels in the rooms. In the lobby TV we only have Sky for sporting events

It is not permitted, for reasons of public safety, to bring non-registered persons into the hotel without prior notice.

La daily cleaning takes place daily in order to provide you with a clean and safe environment at all times and will be done by 14:00 hours.

La linen is changed every three days.

To limit the environmental impact of frequent change of towels We kindly ask you to put only those on the floor that you wish to be changed. With your help we will limit the use of water, detergent and energy.

E' no smoking inside the chamber.

Inside the room will be at your disposal the mini-fridgeon the day of arrival you will find welcome water.

There are some satellite channels.

A recommendation for what you care about: Management is not liable for valuables left unattended. The rooms are equipped with safe for free use.

The hotel provides beach towels at the reception desk.
A deposit of € 10.00 per towel will be requested upon delivery and will be returned at the end of the stay when returned. The towels remain at the customer's disposal for the entire stay and are changed daily.
